I've been using Metropro for the past 3 years and I wouldn't use anyone else. The whole operation is first class from the reservations with confirmations to the text I receive the minute the flight lands. Receipts for processing my travel claims are in PDF format so easy upload to DTS. Joe and his drivers are professional and always helpful with the luggage to my front door. Like I said I wouldn't use anyone else.

Amazing job! Great communication from the drivers and they even worked with us for an earlier pick up when our plans changed at the last minute. Highly recommend them for when you are in the New Jersey/New York area. With my daughter going to college in New Jersey this fall, I will definitely be using them for all of our visits.

I read ALL the reviews of Town Car companies serving Newark Airport and decided to give Metropro a try. I was advised to turn on my phone as soon as I landed and sure enough, I had a text from Kashif, letting me know that he was in the parking area. When I collected my bags, I sent him a text and he met me outside in a couple of minutes. A smooth, quick, quiet ride to Wall Street. Love that I can pay in advance, with tip included. One less thing to think about. Traveling is hard enough these days. I highly recommend these guys!

We used Metro Pro for service from our residence in North Bergen to Newark Liberty and had a great experience. The car that came was clean and on time and Steven our driver was a very pleasant man. We look forward to our return trip and using this service moving ahead. A+ and highly recommended.

This was the best car service experience I have had. The vehicles were top notch and immaculate. The drivers were prompt(early even), professional and courteous. They send a text message when they arrive with their name and number, which is really helpful. The company also sends an email 24 hours before your drive to confirm all information. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them.

FIRST CLASS and TRUSTWORTHY! My 17 year old flew into Newark alone to visit a college in New York. The quick communication and professionalism eased my nervous mind about having my son travel alone. I am very pleased with Metropro service. I have used them several times and have always had a great experience: clean car, friendly driver and on time with competitive pricing and no hidden charges. Joe and his management team at Metropro have perfected the art of simple, efficient, pleasant car service. I made an online inquiry about hiring a car from Bergen County to JFK. Joe provide a quote via email quickly and made the reservation when I requested it. Julio, my driver, arrived 20 minutes early, sent me a text message, and waited patiently while I got my luggage together.
